| Brief Description of the Tender |
Development of the HKFYG Climate-Resilient Agricultural Educational Farm will be carried out across two sites. Phase I will commence in Jan 2027 with duration of 180 calendar days (appox. area: 230m2, site area: 560m2); Phase II will commence in Mar 2027 with duration of 180 calendar days (appox. area: 700m2, site area: 3,500m2). All interested tenderers are required to submit proof of registration as a Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC), together with job references for relevant projects valued over HK$70 million within the past five years to [email protected] for prequalification assessment. Submission details must specify the project nature, total construction floor area and final contract sum. Experience in projects funded by HKJC will be preferred. Tender documents will only be issued on or before 23 October 2026 to tenderers who have successfully passed the prequalification assessment. |
