This survey discovers that most young people first come into contact with pornographic materials were between 14 and 17. The most popular obscene articles include comics, pornographic books, laser discs, video tapes and electronic games. They get these articles mostly borrow or given by their friends. The study also examine the inadequacies in the existing control system and recommends to establish a Council for the control of obscene articles in Hong Kong.
