Readers of the Journal of Youth
Studies are primarily those involved in youth services and research, including social
workers, educators, medical practitioners, academics and experts, as well as senior
government officials and policy-makers.

The Journal of Youth Studies is mainly published in Chinese. Articles in English are also welcome. To facilitate reading, articles are included with abstracts in both Chinese and English languages.

Besides regular readers on our subscription list,
the Journal will be circulated to government departments, policy-makers, education
institutes, social service organizations, youth academics and experts, as well as
university libraries in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore and other
countries.

| 1 . | Manuscripts should be sent to: The Editor, Journal of Youth Studies, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, 4/F., The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Building, 21 Pak Fuk Road, North Point, Hong Kong. | |
| 2. | Articles should be under 8,000 words in general. | |
| 3 . | Manuscripts should not be concurrently submitted to more than one journal. | |
| 4. | If the manuscript is accepted for publication, copyright of the article should be assigned exclusively to the Journal of Youth Studies. | |
| 5. | Three type-written, double-space copies of the manuscript should be submitted. | |
| 6 . | Manuscripts in electronic format are encouraged. Please submit the text file in a 3.5" floppy diskette together with the printed copies. Alternatively, the file can be sent via internet. The email address of the editor is: yr@hkfyg.org.hk | |
| 7 . | The front page of the manuscript should include the title, author, institution of the author, post in the institution and the complete mailing address. The second page should include abstracts in both Chinese and English for not more than 150 words each (the editor may provide assistance in translation on author's request). | |
| 8. | Manuscripts are subjected to revision on the request of the Editorial Board. The Journal of Youth Studies reserves the right to reject the manuscripts. | |
| 9 . | Five copies of the current issue of the Journal of Youth Studies will be provided complimentarily to authors of the selected articles. | |
Two issues of the Journal will be published every year, in January and July.
