Youth Exchange

Introduction 

Since the early 1980s, the Federation has taken the lead to organize various youth exchange programmes in order to help young people develop their global perspectives. Over the years, linkages have been built in Mainland and over 20 countries, to widen youth's experience in numerous way, such as through study tours, international youth conferences or forums. Moreover, with the generous support of Dr.Lee Shau Kee, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups' Lee Shau Kee Youth Exchange Fund was established in 1995, laying down a solid foundation for Federation's youth exchange programmes.

Aside from organizing different exchange programmes every year, the Unit also aims to develop youth's potential and creativity by holding open competitions of various kinds, and selecting winners to attend international contests and exchange activities.
