Tusen Wan Indoor Sports Centre

The Tsuen Wan Indoor Sports Centre, established in 1989, is a joint venture of the Hong Kong Housing Society and the Federation. The aims of the centre are to provide high quality facilities and a wide range of recreational, sports and cultural activities for the public. It also represents the diversification of the Federation's overall youth services. Without the receipt of subsidies from outside bodies, the Centre is self-financing in its daily operations.

The Centre provides services to different age groups, including children, young people and parents. The centre also has close links with the commercial sector and educational units in the community to promote various programme packages to their employees.

Service Highlights

The centre concentrates its efforts in developing nine series of training courses for members, which included sports, creativity programmes for children, dancing, music, academics, information technology, wushu, experiential learning and language development. A series of experiential learning programmes through adventure training has been the focus of the Centre's development programmes. An advanced indoor challenge course and newly designed sport-climbing wall were added to facilitate this expansion.
